Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information Yesso Soccer LLC ("Yesso," "we") collects through yesso.academy and the parent cabinet, why we collect it, and what control parents have over it.
Short version
Parents create and control the account. We store only what's needed to run training sessions and communicate with families — a child's name, birth date, and an optional photo, plus the parent's own name, phone, and email. We never sell data. You can request deletion at any time.
1. Who provides the information
Accounts in the Yesso parent cabinet are created for parents/guardians, not for children. A parent registers, sets their own password, and enters their child's information themselves. Children do not create accounts or submit information directly to Yesso.
2. What we collect
- About the child: first name, date of birth (used only to calculate age and place the right training group), and an optional photo uploaded by the parent so coaches can recognize players at the field.
- About the parent: name, phone number, and email address, used to confirm enrollment, share schedules, and respond to questions.
- Attendance records: which sessions a child attended, recorded by the coach.
We do not collect a child's precise location, school name, government ID, or any information beyond what's listed above. Photos are resized and compressed before storage — we don't keep the original camera file.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to operate the academy: placing children in the right age group, tracking attendance, letting coaches recognize players, and communicating with parents about schedules and billing. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of children for any purpose beyond running their training program.
4. Who can see it
A child's coach and Yesso academy staff involved in running the program. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Our technology provider (Google Firebase) stores the data on our behalf under its own security and confidentiality commitments.
5. How long we keep it
We keep a child's information while they're enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward in case they re-enroll. A parent can request full deletion at any time — see below — and we will remove the child's name, birth date, photo, and attendance history from our active systems.
6. Parental control and deletion
As the account holder, a parent can at any time:
- Review and edit their child's stored information directly in the parent cabinet
- Remove their child's photo at any time from the cabinet
- Request full deletion of their child's data using the "Delete my child's data" option in the cabinet, or by emailing us (below) — we will confirm once it's done
7. Children's privacy
Because our programs serve children, we've designed the parent cabinet so that only a parent or guardian enters and manages a child's information — never the child directly. We collect the minimum needed to run the program, and we welcome questions from parents about how their child's information is handled.
